Please read these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before purchasing or using the VIP Membership (“Membership”) offered by Elemental Archetypes (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By purchasing or accessing the Membership, you (“Member,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not enroll or participate.

1. Educational Purpose Only

All content within the Membership—including but not limited to the Bazi digital calendar, audio guides, workshops, ceremonies, written materials, and any live or recorded sessions—is provided for educational and informational purposes only. This material is not medical advice, is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, and does not replace consultation with a licensed healthcare professional. Always seek the guidance of qualified medical professionals regarding any health-related questions.

2. Membership Access & Personal Use

  • The Membership is for your personal, non-transferable use only.

  • Sharing your login credentials, downloads, or any content (including recordings, PDFs, calendar links, or workshop materials) with others is strictly prohibited.

  • You may not reproduce, resell, distribute, or publicly display any content without written permission from the Company.

3. Payment & Refund Policy

  • All Membership sales are final.

  • Because the Membership includes digital products and instant access, no refunds or credits will be issued for any reason, including partial use or non-use of the services.

4. Community Standards & Conduct

  • We are committed to maintaining a supportive, respectful environment.

  • Harassment, hate speech, discrimination, trolling, or any behavior that disrupts the community will not be tolerated.

  • The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Membership immediately and without refund if we determine, in our sole discretion, that your behavior harms, threatens, or harasses the Company, its team, or other Members.

5. Intellectual Property

All Membership content—including text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, and digital downloads—is the intellectual property of the Company and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You are granted a limited, revocable license to use the content for personal purposes only.

6. Right to Modify or Discontinue

We reserve the right to:

  • Update or change these Terms at any time. Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

  • Modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Membership, including workshops or digital products, with or without notice, at our discretion.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Membership or its content. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to discontinue use of the Membership.

8. Privacy

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Washington, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
