Digital Access & Sales Policy

Digital courses, workshops, and online programs may offer extended access periods to support accessibility, varied learning speeds, and different schedules. Access duration is outlined at the time of purchase or within the product description.

All sales are final. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Digital downloads

  • Online courses and workshops

  • Memberships and subscriptions

  • Programs, services, and other digital or virtual offerings

Due to the digital nature of these products and the immediate access granted upon purchase, no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be provided. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

Bazi Astrology Digital Calendar

  1. Registration

    • Access to the digital calendar requires registration with a Gmail account.

    • Must use your real first and last name to ensure proper setup. See Termination Policy.

  2. Payment and Refunds

    • All sales are final.

    • No refunds or exchanges will be provided for any reason.

  3. Subscription Period

    • Your subscription to the digital calendar is valid until the following Lunar New Year.

    • After this date, access to the calendar will automatically expire.

  4. Termination Policy

    • The calendar provider reserves the right to terminate access for misuse, fraudulent activity, or violation of these terms. See Conduct, Harassment, and Termination Policy.

    • Upon termination, no refund or credit will be issued.

  5. Usage

    • The digital calendar is for personal use only. Redistribution, resale, or sharing of access credentials is prohibited.

  6. Liability

    • The Bazi Astrology Digital Calendar is intended for guidance and informational purposes only.

    • The provider is not responsible for any decisions or outcomes resulting from the use of the calendar.

By purchasing or accessing the calendar, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

Conduct, Harassment, and Termination Policy

We are committed to maintaining a respectful and safe environment for our community. Any form of hate speech, harassment, threats, defamation, or harmful conduct directed toward the business, its owner, or representatives—whether publicly or privately—will not be tolerated.

If such behavior occurs, we reserve the right to immediately terminate access to any membership, program, service, or digital product without notice. In these circumstances, no refunds will be issued, including for unused time, content, or services.

By purchasing or participating in any offering, you agree to uphold respectful conduct and acknowledge that violations of this policy may result in removal without refund.

Scope of Practice and Right to Refuse Consultation Services

The content and services provided through are intended for personal reflection, education, and spiritual insight only. They do not constitute medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice, nor do they replace care from licensed professionals.

I reserve the right to refuse, pause, or discontinue consultation services at my discretion, even for members, including but not limited to reasons related to the scope of practice, energetic alignment, professional boundaries, or personal capacity. Membership access does not guarantee eligibility for one-on-one consultations.

This policy is in place to maintain the ethical integrity, professional boundaries, and the quality of care provided.
