Face Reading Photo Storage & Privacy

For face reading consultations, submitted photos are stored securely in a private file accessible only to me. These photos are kept solely for professional reference and continuity of care, particularly in the event a client wishes to book a follow-up session.

If a client prefers that their photos not be retained, they may request deletion at the time of booking. Upon request, all submitted photos will be permanently deleted after the session. Please note that if photos are deleted, follow-up face reading sessions will not be available, as visual reference is required for continuity.

Photos are never shared, sold, or used for any purpose beyond the scope of the consultation.

Privacy, Confidentiality & Use of Shared Information

Client privacy and confidentiality are central to my work. Personal information provided for natal chart calculations, including birth dates and birth details, is used solely for the purpose of creating astrological analysis and is never shared, sold, or disclosed to third parties.

Stories, experiences, or themes that arise during consultations may occasionally be referenced for educational or teaching purposes. Any such sharing is done anonymously, with all identifying details removed, and solely to illustrate general astrological or energetic principles.

Confidentiality is treated with care and respect, and all personal information is handled with the intention of maintaining trust, discretion, and ethical integrity.
