How will my order ship?

Shipping options are available at checkout via USPS. Shipping rates and transit times are automatically calculated based on your order and location.

Do you ship internationally?

International shipping options are available at checkout via USPS. Please keep in mind that customs, duties, taxes, or brokerage fees may be charged by your country or the selected carrier. These fees vary by country and selected carrier so we are not able to provide an estimate. We are not responsible for any additional charges when importing our goods. First Class Mail International delivers between 7-21 days to arrive, however, the delivery dates are not guaranteed. If you do not see your country listed, please email us.

How do I download my digital products?

The link to download your digital products is in your confirmation email. This link is available for 24 hours.

Do you offer returns?

We do not accept returns or exchanges on any of our goods or services. We try our best to ensure our goods are not damaged during the shipping process. However, if you have received a damaged, incorrect or missing good, we can accommodate on a case by case basis. We may ask for a photograph of the damaged or incorrect goods. Please email us directly if you have received a damaged, incorrect, or missing good.

As for consultations, events, and workshops — All sales are final. There are no refunds. You may gift your event or workshop registration to a friend but please email me first. Consultations may be rescheduled for a later date 72 hours prior to your confirmed appointment. Please check your confirmation email to reschedule.
